I'm so excited about the book that I just received from Dorrance Publishing, Aunt Harriet & Me our Life in the Boarding House by Geraldine Sylvester.  It's about a young girl that spends many of her growing up years in a boarding house with her aunt and uncle. I look forward to posting a review soon and letting you know more about this book.

It's cold, rainy and a good evening to read! Plus I got to SKYPE with all my grandnephews and 1 grandniece tonight. (My sister has 7 grands with one on the way!). They are all so cute!

And of course my grands are bright and beautiful. My oldest is 12, he took the ACT and scored a 28 over all with a 34 in English, how cool is that?

But my biggest dilemma right now, is that my husband turns 60 Feb 9th and I want to do something really, really cool for him (on a very very limited budget). Any ideas anyone????   He's still my heartthrob after almost 40 years!
